About the role
- Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
- Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
- Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
- Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Preferred)
- Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts. (Preferred)
- Technical Leadership (Required)
- Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
- Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
- Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
- Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of focus (SDWAN/Edge, Security, Mobile Internet/Routers, etc.) (Required)
