About the role

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Device Protection
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution partners
  • Serve as the primary product leader for external vendor and partner relationships
  • Operate within a highly regulated environment, maintaining strong understanding of regulations
  • Support P&L objectives through deep cost awareness and thoughtful tradeoff decisions
  • Track and optimize product performance metrics, including financial outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment
  • 4 – 7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in Product Management
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
  • Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives
  • Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, employing collaboration and influence.
