About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Device Protection
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Distribution partners
- Serve as the primary product leader for external vendor and partner relationships
- Operate within a highly regulated environment, maintaining strong understanding of regulations
- Support P&L objectives through deep cost awareness and thoughtful tradeoff decisions
- Track and optimize product performance metrics, including financial outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment
- 4 – 7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in Product Management
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data
- Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives
- Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, employing collaboration and influence.
