- Work on both sales and recruitment activities within a full 360 recruitment desk
- Increase revenue and margin in chosen market
- Build valuable relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, particularly within the Financial Systems and Transformation sector
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Finance & IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and market trends
- Experience with account-based selling – cross-sell/up-sell techniques
