- Undertake projects and tasks which result in measurable financial outcomes
- Handle both sales and recruitment activities on a full 360 recruitment desk
- Increase existing customer spend via account-based selling

Requirements
- Recruitment agency experience in a 360 Recruitment/Business Development role
- Experience in the Financial Systems and Transformation recruitment space
- Strong knowledge of Finance & IT professionals
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of technology market trends and insights
