About the role

  • Define and adjust team structures, roles, and levels according to the business stage.

  • Ensure hiring aligns with the company’s profile and values.
  • Analyze data to support strategic decisions and the area’s development.
  • Translate company values into day-to-day practices, rituals, and behaviors.
  • Ensure efficiency, standardization, and scalability of processes.
  • Develop employee journeys aligned with the company’s values and proposition.
  • Manage analysts, assistants, and interns, providing feedback and continuous development.
  • Pursue constant innovation and implement improvements aligned with strategy.
  • Ensure solutions that increase process efficiency and digitalization.
  • Oversee admissions, terminations, vacations, payroll, time tracking, and other operational routines.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies, and legal obligations.
  • Manage benefits operations and monitor the market, proposing attractive solutions for retention and engagement.
  • Ensure proper management of contracts, collective agreements, and mandatory records.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with e-Social, CIPA, PGR, PCMSO, and other requirements.
  • Ensure employees receive technical and behavioral training.
  • Maintain internal consistency and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure positive onboarding and offboarding experiences.
  • Organize calendars, celebratory actions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in communications.
  • Analyze results and implement improvement actions.
  • Develop initiatives focused on employees’ quality of life.
  • Mediate and resolve situations between employees and departments.
  • Plan and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide guidance on policies, processes, and internal questions.
  • Reinforce strategic drivers across the organization.
  • Strengthen belonging and recognition of talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Psychology, Education (Pedagogy), or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree / MBA in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role and team management.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably Gupy.
  • Knowledge of HR management systems.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Experience in conflict management.
  • Knowledge of people and process management.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Experience in training and development.
