About the role

  • Manage existing partner relationships with a focus on growing pipeline, marketing activities, demo readiness, solution capability, training, certification, and overall business development.
  • Motivate partners to achieve sales objectives through incentives, collaboration, and continuous engagement.
  • Drive strong engagement between SYSPRO, the partner, and the end customer across all stages of the lifecycle.
  • Research, identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the region.
  • Evaluate partner fit, capability, and strategic alignment to SYSPRO’s Americas GTM priorities.
  • Ensure partners are fully equipped to market, sell, and deliver SYSPRO solutions in their region.
  • Coordinate training, certification, demo preparation, and joint sales readiness activities.
  • Help partners activate SYSPRO’s product positioning, AI story, industry capabilities, and subscription roadmap.
  • Develop a pragmatic, actionable Business Plan with each partner, including:
  • Key markets, target accounts, and territory focus
  • Lead generation programs and sales targets
  • Joint GTM initiatives such as events, campaigns, and training
  • Establish a regular cadence with partner leadership teams to review progress, track KPIs, and ensure mutual success.
  • Build and maintain trust and credibility with partners’ sales, delivery, and executive teams.
  • Map partner organizations to establish multiple engagement touchpoints across sales, delivery, and leadership.
  • Serve as a champion and ambassador for partner needs within SYSPRO, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years in Channel Sales (either in Channel or as a Partner Account Manager)
  • Experience in manufacturing/distribution preferred.
  • Experience with ERP software preferred
  • Solid presentation skills, both verbal and written
