About the role
- Lead the team with a focus on people management and individual development
- Strengthen collaboration and establish sustainable structures
- Coach the team in agile methods and support their practical application
- Guide change processes with a solution-oriented approach
- Responsible for workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding new team members
- Initiate and manage projects to optimize workflows
Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business-related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience leading and developing teams, preferably in an IT environment
- Solid knowledge of agile methods and frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring together different perspectives
- Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
