About the role
- Reporting to the Sr. Global Director of Business/Sales Development you will lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives in AMER.
- Help develop and manage lead generation strategies across inbound, outbound, and social channels.
- Help build and maintain scalable processes for prospecting, data management, and lead qualification.
- Oversee the daily activities of the AMER lead generation team, providing coaching and performance management.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure understanding, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Help manage lead scoring models, CRM hygiene, and automation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Improve through testing, feedback, and adoption of new technologies.
- Represent Sysdig with prospects and customers, at main industry events.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of experience as an inside sales or business development leader.
- Preferable background in SaaS, cloud, or security sales, with technical buyers.
- Experience exceeding goals.
- Experience, scaling, and retaining teams.
