About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
  • Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and ensure successful delivery of product features and improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful product outcomes
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and industry trend analysis to inform product decisions and ensure the product meets market demands
  • Monitor product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes
  • Lead initiatives to improve product management processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and product quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, including timelines, scope, and resources

Requirements

  • Familiar with technological concepts such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Data Sharing, Enterprise Integration Services and Medallion Architecture
  • Proven experience managing and developing a high-performing team of product managers
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product strategies and roadmaps
  • Capability to analyse product performance metrics and use data to drive product decisions and improvements
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Capable of identifying challenges in product development and navigating complex issues with practical solutions
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to advocate for the user experience in the product development process
