About the role

  • Supporting the CMU team with administrative and reporting requests and queries
  • Ensuring that KPIs are managed and maintained on accounts
  • Liaising with head office and customers with respect to any issues encountered on a day-to-day basis and responding in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with customer service and the various head office operations teams on service levels
  • Liaise with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cycles
  • Maintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accounts
  • Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completion
  • Generating reports daily using a range of software applications

Requirements

  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Previous Office / Administration experience
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills essential
  • Proven customer relationship skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proven reporting skills and ability to analyse reports
  • Fluent in English – written and spoken
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
