About the role

  • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for all areas of the company.
  • Coordinate profile alignment, job posting, conduct interviews, make offers, and provide feedback to all candidates.
  • Prepare assessments of selected candidates for hiring managers, ensuring communication throughout all stages of the selection process.
  • Keep vacancy management records up to date.
  • Support job vacancy communications on social media.
  • Schedule pre-employment medical exams and follow up on new hire admissions.
  • Support onboarding logistics.
  • Source and attract candidates across multiple channels.
  • Lead development and engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous experience with high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, and technical positions, as well as mid-level and strategic roles.
  • Full recruitment cycle (R&S): job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, alignment with hiring managers, and closure.
  • Experience conducting individual and group interviews.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Gupy or similar) is a plus.
