About the role
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for all areas of the company.
- Coordinate profile alignment, job posting, conduct interviews, make offers, and provide feedback to all candidates.
- Prepare assessments of selected candidates for hiring managers, ensuring communication throughout all stages of the selection process.
- Keep vacancy management records up to date.
- Support job vacancy communications on social media.
- Schedule pre-employment medical exams and follow up on new hire admissions.
- Support onboarding logistics.
- Source and attract candidates across multiple channels.
- Lead development and engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience with high-volume recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, and technical positions, as well as mid-level and strategic roles.
- Full recruitment cycle (R&S): job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, alignment with hiring managers, and closure.
- Experience conducting individual and group interviews.
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Gupy or similar) is a plus.
