• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Synthesized
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Architecture, Testing, Delivery, Transformation, and Operations teams
• Support account teams throughout the sales cycle by providing technical leadership and solution guidance
• Translate customer challenges into practical implementation approaches and measurable business outcomes
• Design and position solutions within complex SAP environments, including S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and surrounding enterprise ecosystems
• Understand customer challenges relating to testing, test data, migration, integration validation, and release quality
• Advise customers on modern approaches to Software Quality Engineering and Test Data Management
• Support large-scale transformation programmes involving ERP modernisation and platform upgrades
• Build technical relationships with SAP implementation partners and System Integrators
• Enable partners to position and deliver Synthesized successfully within enterprise transformation programmes
• Support joint customer engagements and co-selling activities
• Embed Synthesized into delivery methodologies and testing approaches
• Support on end-to-end PoCs and Proofs of Value from discovery through successful completion
• Define technical success criteria and measurable customer outcomes
• Demonstrate platform capabilities using customer use cases and enterprise scenarios
• Drive technical win strategies that support revenue growth and customer success
• Act as the voice of enterprise customers internally
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities
• Share market insights, customer requirements, and emerging trends within the SAP ecosystem
• Help shape future solution offerings for the enterprise sector

• Act as a trusted technical partner during onboarding, implementation, and adoption
• Troubleshoot customer issues and own technical resolution from investigation through to completion
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and deployment challenges
• Improve customer outcomes by reducing time to value and accelerating successful implementations
• Lead technical PoCs and PoVs from setup through successful completion
• Configure environments, datasets, and workflows to demonstrate product value
• Partner with Solutions and Sales teams to support deal progression
• Ensure technical success criteria are clearly defined and achieved
• Build and maintain representative customer environments
• Validate releases against real-world customer use cases before deployment
• Identify issues early and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Improve confidence and quality in the release process
• Capture customer feedback and product insights for Product and Engineering teams
• Help create scalable implementation, support, and validation processes
• Contribute to technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge sharing
• Support the evolution of our post-sales function as the business grows
