About the role
- Grow and lead a US based Global Strategic Accounts team driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities from the US Global Accounts team
- Proactively recruit elite talent and build candidate pipelines
- Implement a comprehensive account strategy to nurture relationships with key accounts
- Drive a Pipeline-Generation culture within the team
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success leaders for alignment
Requirements
- Wealth of leadership experience focusing on landing and expanding enterprise or strategic accounts with quotas of $1m+
- Experience managing teams in outbound/sales-led organisations with a rigorous perspective on pipeline generation
- Experience in reputable, value-driven sales environments, ideally with MEDDPICC & Command of the Message
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
- Superior process and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for rapid growth and understanding its challenges
