  • Grow and lead a US based Global Strategic Accounts team driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities from the US Global Accounts team
  • Proactively recruit elite talent and build candidate pipelines
  • Implement a comprehensive account strategy to nurture relationships with key accounts

Requirements

  • Wealth of leadership experience focusing on landing and expanding enterprise or strategic accounts with quotas of $1m+
  • Experience managing teams in outbound/sales-led organisations with a rigorous perspective on pipeline generation
  • Experience in reputable, value-driven sales environments, ideally with MEDDPICC & Command of the Message
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Superior process and time-management skills
  • Enthusiasm for rapid growth and understanding its challenges
