- Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and wider Sales teams.
- Set and manage key performance metrics, including daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
- Optimize and maintain SDR playbooks, incorporating best practices for account-based and personalised prospecting.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools, content, and training they need to succeed.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality, pipeline creation, and SDR performance.
- Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
- Lead by example by staying actively involved in the team’s day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR and at least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
- Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes, with hands-on experience optimizing sales development strategies.
- Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on execution.
- A commitment to being in our Midtown office with the team 5x days per week.
