About the role

  • You have experience in growth marketing and want to take the next step? As Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Syntax, shape lead generation and take it to the next level!
  • You develop holistic funnel and CRM strategies that efficiently convert leads into sales‑ready opportunities. You rely on measurable, test‑driven approaches and apply strong stakeholder management.
  • You work closely with your team and other departments to ensure sustainable growth and execute successful campaigns.
  • You are responsible for building new lead channels beyond classic performance marketing, e.g., job boards, referral programs, communities, events, or partnerships. You scale existing channels through structure, process optimization, budget logic, and clear ownership.
  • You reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) through smart lead acquisition, strong pre‑qualification, and efficient handovers.
  • You design the entire lead funnel, from lead capture through the CRM flow to correct distribution to the appropriate sellers. You define routing logic, SLAs, and lead scoring.
  • You develop content across the entire funnel (Top–Mid–Bottom) and manage audience‑specific materials such as flyers, one‑pagers, landing pages, sales collateral, and FAQ materials.
  • You build strategic email nurturing flows that accompany and activate leads over the long term. In parallel, you ensure segmentation, triggers, reactivation and handover to Sales and implement a holistic CRM marketing strategy to systematically qualify prospects and drive conversions.
  • You monitor relevant marketing and sales KPIs for the channels you own, analyze open, click and response rates as well as appointment rates. You run A/B tests on funnel elements, landing pages and email campaigns, document hypotheses, learnings and rollouts, and prepare weekly and monthly reports as well as decision papers for C‑level.

Requirements

  • Experience in Growth Marketing: You have several years of experience in B2C or B2B lead growth, performance or CRM marketing and have ideally already owned funnels end‑to‑end.
  • Proven track record: You have demonstrable success building and scaling lead channels and experience reducing Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and Cost‑per‑Lead (CPL).
  • Funnel and process understanding: You understand the architecture of lead funnels—from lead capture through qualification, CRM and routing to handover to Sales. You work in a structured, clean manner with strong process thinking.
  • CRM, email automation and content: You have experience with CRM systems and email automation. Segmentation, trigger flows, nurturing and reactivation are part of your daily work. You develop content strategies across the entire funnel and implement them successfully.
  • KPI affinity: You work analytically, track relevant KPIs, run continuous tests and derive learnings. You prepare reports and decision documents so they are understandable and action‑oriented for C‑level stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on mentality: You consolidate requirements, prioritize sensibly and align teams around common goals. You are result‑oriented and ready to take ownership of revenue and campaigns.
  • Communication: You have excellent German language skills (native / C2) and can communicate confidently in both spoken and written form.
