Account Executive

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new voluntary benefits opportunities within assigned territory or client segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer partners.
• Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to each client’s workforce and benefits strategy.
• Manage the implementation and ongoing service of pet benefits.
• Coordinate enrollment initiatives—including scheduling, communication planning, and enrollment technology platform setup.
• Provide regular account reviews and ensure clients receive proactive service and accurate billing.
• Work closely with internal teams (enrollment, underwriting, marketing, and operations) to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with carriers and vendors to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and design program enhancements.
• Conduct employee education sessions and webinars to help participants understand voluntary benefits options.
