About the role
- Responsible for expanding the inside-sales engine
- Lead a team to generate qualified conversations
- Work closely with the CRO
- Hold strategic responsibility and execute operationally

Requirements
- Several years of experience building and scaling inside-sales, BDR, or SDR teams
- Experience selling complex software solutions involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent German and English skills

- Enjoys working in dynamic environments
