About the role
- Administer HR processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits, and compensation.
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures; escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Monitor HR systems for data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
- Support compliance with GDPR, SOX, and local employment regulations.
- Support international HR operations such as employment eligibility, visa/immigration processes, international transfers, and relocation assignments in partnership with Global Mobility teams.
- Assist in updating SOPs and process documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to support program execution.
- Analyze HR processes and systems, providing recommendations and corrective action plans to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Participate in People Operations projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior People Operations team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in shared services and working in global/regional environment.
- Familiarity with global, country and/or local employment law and regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment at varying levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday/Service Now) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, data analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires other to do the same.
