- Sets long term functional strategy aligned with enterprise priorities and growth objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or related) preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 10+ years in senior executive roles managing global teams
- Proven success in leading multi—country teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking, influence, decision making, and executive communication skills
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operations, financial drivers, and corporate governance
- Extensive CRO, life sciences or pharmaceutical market expertise required
