About the role

  • Lead the client engagement strategy
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a science related field, or equivalent related education and experience
  • 10-12 years of related experience including five (5)+ years of business development experience within the industry
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Clinical Trials industry with in-depth experience and knowledge of Pharma Industry is a MUST
  • Possesses a robust scientific foundation and extensive clinical development experience
  • Expert knowledge in sponsor-CRO partnerships, governance, and the establishment of key milestones and performance indicators
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive significant growth
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding customer accounts by leveraging strong relationships
  • Skilled in cultivating and maintaining long-lasting business relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges and create innovative solutions
  • Skilled in all aspects of Business Operations including but not limited to Proposals, Contracts, Finance, Governance and Budgets
  • Excellent communication, effective presentation, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative with a commitment to collaboration within and across departments
  • Strong motivational and influence skills
  • Excellent skills using MS Office Suite and Google Applications
  • Up to 30% travel for company meetings, client meetings and industry conferences, as needed
  • Experience working in CRM (i.e., salesforce)
  • Ability to communicate in English (both verbal and written)
