About the role
- responsible for the strategy, delivery, and lifecycle ownership of enterprise biometrics technology platforms supporting clinical development and regulatory submission
- ensures scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across data management, biostatistics, analytics, and standards enablement
- driving adoption, value realization, and operational excellence
- serves as a technology product leader and trusted partner to Biometrics, Clinical Development, and R&D leadership
- translating scientific and operational needs into a cohesive technology roadmap that accelerates trial execution and improves data quality, insight generation, and regulatory readiness
- plays a critical part in executing the enterprise technology roadmap, supporting M&A integration and partnerships
- enabling faster delivery of meaningful medicines to patients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in IT, technology product leadership, or platform delivery, with significant exposure to clinical development or biometrics domains
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology products or platforms in regulated environments
- Strong understanding of biometrics workflows, including data management, biostatistics, analytics, and clinical data standards
- Demonstrated success managing global, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience working across large, matrixed organizations with the ability to drive alignment and execution
- Highly analytical, data-driven decision maker with strong business and technology acumen
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering technology that enables scientific excellence and accelerates patient impact.
