About the role

  • Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow; escalate when required
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to quickly multi-task among competing priorities while meeting competing deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills whilst maintaining confidentiality, ability to interact and build relationships to balance employee needs with business requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems; PeopleSoft experience a plus
  • Ability to operate independently with some supervision required
