About the role

  • Contribute to development, support, enhancement, testing, or analysis of IT applications and systems
  • Understand business and technical requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
  • Participate in Agile / Waterfall SDLC activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
  • Perform production support, issue analysis, and defect resolution when required
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes
  • Prepare and maintain technical or functional documentation
  • Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑production activities

Requirements

  • 3 – 10 Years (Flexible) of experience in IT
  • Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, SQL, PL‑SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ETL, Data Engineering, Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Risk systems
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery lifecycle
  • Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum teams
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
