About the role
- Contribute to development, support, enhancement, testing, or analysis of IT applications and systems
- Understand business and technical requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
- Participate in Agile / Waterfall SDLC activities including planning, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure
- Perform production support, issue analysis, and defect resolution when required
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and quality processes
- Prepare and maintain technical or functional documentation
- Support UAT, go‑live, and post‑production activities
Requirements
- 3 – 10 Years (Flexible) of experience in IT
- Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Spring Boot, Node.js, SQL, PL‑SQL, Power BI, Tableau, ETL, Data Engineering, Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Payments, Cards, Risk systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery lifecycle
- Good problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in Agile / Scrum teams
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
