Bookkeeper

• Perform data entry, organization, and cross-referencing using accounting systems
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups with debtors and creditors
• Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS), month-end, and WorkCover reconciliations
• Process and complete bank reconciliations accurately
• Handle debt recovery and collection processes
• Create, review, and approve vendor bills and purchase orders
• Maintain invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with employee and contractor tax computations every pay run
• Process payroll and handle payroll-related tasks
• Manage PH and AU bookkeeping and taxation
• Process government benefits contributions for PH employees
• Liaise with the external accountant for annual accounts and tax-related queries.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
