About the role

  • support Strategy leadership in tackling some of the biggest questions facing the firm and the industry
  • collaborate with Strategy leadership and business executives to tackle ambiguous and challenging questions
  • assist in managing the annual strategic planning process
  • prepare detailed analyses and presentations for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
  • present to and communicate with senior leadership across a matrixed organization
  • work with Platform Strategy and Leadership, Ventures, Network Partners, and other stakeholders to develop & execute aligned strategy
  • perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in investment banking and/or consulting
  • demonstrated experience working with a senior team (transaction experience is preferred – in banking or consulting)
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking and/or consulting
  • minimum of 3 years project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficient in the use of MS Office product suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
  • strength in developing data-driven perspectives and presenting insights to business leaders
  • ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
