About the role
- support Strategy leadership in tackling some of the biggest questions facing the firm and the industry
- collaborate with Strategy leadership and business executives to tackle ambiguous and challenging questions
- assist in managing the annual strategic planning process
- prepare detailed analyses and presentations for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors
- present to and communicate with senior leadership across a matrixed organization
- work with Platform Strategy and Leadership, Ventures, Network Partners, and other stakeholders to develop & execute aligned strategy
- perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in investment banking and/or consulting
- demonstrated experience working with a senior team (transaction experience is preferred – in banking or consulting)
- minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking and/or consulting
- minimum of 3 years project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- proficient in the use of MS Office product suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
- strength in developing data-driven perspectives and presenting insights to business leaders
- ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
