About the role
- Manage, develop, and drive Synchrony’s Secured Installment product
- Own the entire product development lifecycle
- Translate customer insights into innovative product features
- Define clear product requirements and user stories
- Work with product technology, user experience designers, engineers, and data scientists
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Partner with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market plans
- Manage and optimize product performance via KPIs and analytics
- Engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams through project plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma and 10 years marketing or product experience
- Minimum of 6 years marketing or product expertise
- Proven track record of launching new products
- Ability to influence and coordinate multi-functional teams
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
