About the role
- Partner with business leaders on key business goals and objectives
- Co-Lead HR programmatic work for the Growth function such as GPTW and BLP
- Proactively develop HR strategies to meet short and long-term business needs
- Provide HR partnership for change management efforts within Growth and cross-functionally
- Strong focus on developing internal talent through career programming efforts and training opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree, a high school diploma and 11+ years of HR experience
- 8+ years of increasing HR Generalist or SME experience in Human Resources
- Past or current experience supporting multiple executive level clients
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
