About the role

  • Champion Credit business perspective while driving the development of new integrations & capabilities on the SynApps platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology leadership to shape and communicate the solution for business problems
  • Identify risks in proposed solutions and work on mitigating the risks by working with required stakeholders
  • Lead agile teams to execute & deliver the required APIs and services per the roadmap
  • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to identify deliverables, dependencies, and risks
  • Develop and maintain a well-prioritized backlog; partner with development teams to refine requirements and clarify acceptance criteria
  • Lead product release planning and set clear delivery expectations
  • Actively participate in PI (Program Increment) planning and related agile ceremonies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/Statistics/Commerce with 2+ years of experience in Credit Acquisitions, or in lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in Credit Acquisitions
  • 5+ years of Project/Product Management experience
  • Strong familiarity with Scaled Agile practices and hands-on experience as a Product Owner
  • Proven ability to actively engage in technical discussions and ensure development efforts align with business priorities
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • Track record of creative problem solving
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development projects
  • Strong understanding of Revolving and Closed End Credit business concepts
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office; experience with data analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience writing test plans and scripts and participating in system validation.
