About the role

  • Lead the strategic roadmap and enhancement of the enterprise PAM program
  • Oversee implementation of PAM capabilities and advanced monitoring
  • Drive end-to-end privileged access lifecycle expansion
  • Define and enforce risk-tiered control policies
  • Lead integration of PAM capabilities with ITSM platforms
  • Partner with governance bodies and audit teams
  • Prioritize remediation activities based on risk tiers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Depth in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls
  • Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, and/or directory governance
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional technology/security initiatives
  • Proven ability to cultivate partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong requirements and delivery execution skills
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms
