About the role

  • Support development of the roadmap for the Payment Hub’s products and services
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
  • Clarify product requirements and ensure delivery against expectations
  • Write and prioritize user stories
  • Oversee testing process and release process
  • Lead Post-Prod Validation
  • Create and maintain standardized functional documentation of each feature
  • Lead scrum teams and engage with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree with 5+ years of product owner or agile development experience within financial services, fintech, or commercial banking
  • 4+ years of product owner or agile development experience within financial services, fintech, or commercial banking
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
