About the role
- Support development of the roadmap for the Payment Hub’s products and services
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
- Clarify product requirements and ensure delivery against expectations
- Write and prioritize user stories
- Oversee testing process and release process
- Lead Post-Prod Validation
- Create and maintain standardized functional documentation of each feature
- Lead scrum teams and engage with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree with 5+ years of product owner or agile development experience within financial services, fintech, or commercial banking
- 4+ years of product owner or agile development experience within financial services, fintech, or commercial banking
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
