About the role
- Sell Regional & Store level client leadership on the benefits of products
- Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication
- Attend market/store meetings and develop execution strategies
- Ensure strategies are effectively rolled out to stores
- Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals
- Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey target goals
- Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct on-going training
- Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management
- Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives
- Compile and present results of on-going credit programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
- HS diploma or equivalent and 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management in lieu of completed degree
- Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Travel requirement of 75% with 5-6 overnight travel per month
