About the role

  • Sell Regional & Store level client leadership on the benefits of products
  • Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication
  • Attend market/store meetings and develop execution strategies
  • Ensure strategies are effectively rolled out to stores
  • Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals
  • Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey target goals
  • Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct on-going training
  • Develop credit awareness programs with store/market management
  • Support Client Program Manager and client team initiatives
  • Compile and present results of on-going credit programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management
  • HS diploma or equivalent and 5+ years' experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management in lieu of completed degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Travel requirement of 75% with 5-6 overnight travel per month
