About the role

  • Lead multiple Scrum and Kanban teams focused on delivering Strategic Initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and ART leadership
  • Ensure development stories and related documentation are complete and timely
  • Assist Product Owners in creating and executing roadmaps
  • Communicate effectively across diverse audiences
  • Manage all Scrum and SAFe ceremonies
  • Proactively identify and eliminate waste and impediments
  • Coach teams and Product Owners to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders and project teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of IT experience
  • At least 5 years of experience with Jira, Agile methodologies, and other project management tools
  • Solid understanding of Agile concepts and familiarity with the SAFe framework
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering mission-critical projects on time and within budget
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
