As a leader within the Growth Governance and Excellence (GGE) organization, responsible for providing program management support for Growth governance routines.
Work in coordination with process owners as they conduct their risk controls self-assessment.
Identify trends across various controls and processes and influence Process Owners.
Support and execute assessments of Growth controls, inclusive of initial design and improvements.
Act as an expert in the review, design, and planning for process owners as they build, modify, or retire controls.
Engage with Growth leadership and L3 Owners to drive awareness of control design and effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, or in lieu of a high school diploma/GED and 8+ years’ experience in developing, documenting and testing controls.
5+ years’ experience leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives.
2+ years’ experience in technical writing skills, policy/procedural in nature.
2+ years direct experience in a role requiring communicating with senior levels of management in a regulated environment.
Strong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated business presence while interacting with senior leaders.
General knowledge of Growth operations, objectives, strategies, and processes.
