About the role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex Zoho deployments, encompassing CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Marketing suites.
  • Partner directly with global stakeholders to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable, high-performance technical blueprints.
  • CRM customization and assisting our CRM Implementation / Project Managers in delivering functionality to our clients based in Australia / US / UK and NZ.
  • Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, maintaining rigorous control over scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
  • Manage Zoho developers to write custom functions and customizations.
  • Writing custom functions/ basic integrations/testing, and implementing extensions for ZOHO CRM, Creator, and other Zoho Apps.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the SaaS landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Simpro) to migrate data and bridge gaps between disparate systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best-practice implementation.
  • Continuously refine internal implementation methodologies to improve the deployment speed and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience in a consulting capacity.
  • Mastery of the Zoho One suite, including Zoho Creator and the development suite.
  • Proven track record of managing high-stakes, multi-project portfolios simultaneously.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
  • Deep understanding of APIs , webhooks, and third-party SaaS architectures (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Simpro)
