• Qualify and follow up on inbound leads.
• Follow up on leads via email, phone, sms, stalking or chasing after them from a distance.
• Engage with potential clients across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and calls to schedule and conduct software demos.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry to closure.
• Track all activities in Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk.
• Represent SyncEzy at industry trade shows and networking events (virtually or in person).
