Support the Judiciary with clear, precise, and effective documentation and presentation materials.
Work closely with senior IT leaders, cybersecurity professionals, and support staff to develop high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and related materials.
Develop clear and effective technical documentation, presentations, and reports for IT and cybersecurity initiatives.
Collaborate to capture, structure, and communicate complex information.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to established standards for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Forms) to prepare professional-quality outputs.
Translate technical and cybersecurity concepts into content accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain documentation libraries and version control to support ongoing IT operations.
Requirements
7+ years of experience developing IT presentation material for technical information, particularly cybersecurity.
10+ years of experience collaborating with senior and support IT personnel.
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Forms.
Strong foundation in grammar, punctuation, and English usage, with the ability to produce clear, direct, and professional prose.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Preferred: Additional education or certifications in IT/Information Security (e.g., Network+, Security+, CISSP).
Preferred: Experience supporting federal government IT programs.
Preferred: Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
