Events

• Own end-to-end logistics for Symplicity’s flagship conference presence, internal sales kickoff, prospect dinners, and select field events — from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up
• Manage the annual events calendar and maintain a clear, up-to-date roadmap of what’s coming, what’s in flight, and what’s complete
• Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure event programs are aligned to pipeline goals and deliver on attendance, engagement, and ROI targets
• Own all vendor, venue, and agency relationships — negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and hold external partners accountable to quality and budget
• Manage the events budget with precision — track spend, reconcile against actuals, and flag variances early; route contracts and approvals through the right channels (legal, finance)
• Build and maintain repeatable workflows and checklists so nothing slips
• Track event performance in HubSpot — attendance, pipeline created, pipeline influenced — and come to every debrief ready with data, not just a recap
