Define the multi-year vision for OMS digital delivery via customer portals, internal service tools, and API/EDI touchpoints
Lead the digital design for core OMS functions, including order capture, validation, orchestration visibility, and exception handling
Drive consistency across self-service ordering and resolution workflows
Partner with Ops and Service teams to build high-volume workflows
Own the digital experience for OMS reporting
Establish interaction standards and error-handling patterns
Lead a multidisciplinary POD of UX designers, front-end engineers, and product contributors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 12 years in software/cloud engineering; 6+ years in a leadership role
Deep understanding of order lifecycles, orchestration, and exception management
Proven track record leading workflow-heavy B2B or supply chain platforms in Agile environments
Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and analytics ecosystems
Experience with AI-assisted workflows and automation-first design
Background in multi-tenant or integration-heavy environments
Up to 10% travel; valid driver’s license required
