About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation of our platform and the various hotel locations.
- Manage availabilities and process bookings on our platform quickly and efficiently.
- Provide daily support to our customer service team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Actively acquire and sell available swimming sessions to new and existing customers.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the functionality of our service platform.
- Maintain regular communication with swimming instructors to ensure smooth operations for instructors, hotels, and customers.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in operations management, ideally in the leisure, tourism, or sports industry.
- Strong organizational skills and self‑initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office and common booking platforms, as well as competence with other computer software.
