About the role
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
- Review employment applications and background check reports.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions to reflect each position’s requirements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various recruiting events with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Develop and oversee the new hire onboarding and off-boarding process.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
- Excellent understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
