About the role
- Drive end-to-end design for product features, from discovery to final delivery
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders to turn complex financial workflows into simple, elegant design solutions
- Create and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across products
- Simplify complex financial journeys into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams in Singapore and India
- Bring a design-led voice into product strategy and decision-making
- Explore innovative approaches while adhering to established processes
Requirements
- 6 to 7+ years of professional product design experience
- Proven experience designing for FinTech, WealthTech or Payments apps
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual craft and system thinking
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred)
- Solid understanding of design thinking, usability principles, and user research methods
- Sharp eye for detail and visual balance
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Bonus: Sound knowledge of UX writing to present designs in a holistic manner
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and Stakeholders
