Lead Growth and Activation design to improve user activation and growth metrics
Deeply understand customers’ needs, business objectives, and state of the industry to imagine and bring to life paradigm-changing experiences
Establish a high bar for visual polish and intuitive interaction patterns
Clearly define customer and business problems and explore broad-to-narrow solutions with thoughtful designs
Ideate, design, launch, and improve products to help advance Collective’s mission
Work with a cross functional product development team (product managers, engineers, designers, operations, sales & marketing) to ship innovative and well-crafted experiences for scale
Optimize for execution velocity while maintaining a high quality bar and making tradeoffs between design choices and resources available
Contribute to growing a robust and refined design system
Requirements
6 - 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
Demonstrated impact on product strategy and customer experience, preferably within Fintech or Consumer Tech
Outstanding UX capabilities and strong visual design competency, including visual, UI/UX, copy writing and systems-design
Experience with and a high bar for visual polish and intuitive, simple design patterns
Passion for turning complex problems into simple & engaging solutions
Innate understanding of the end-to-end design process from identifying customer needs to delivering customer experiences
Ability to apply consumer insights and metrics to inform design decisions and influence the product roadmap
Strong systems thinker with the ability to connect the dots across the entire customer journey
