Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of engineering management experience in fast-moving, product-led environments
- 8 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience, with the ability to support technical design and strategy
- A track record of leading teams that have shipped meaningful, high-impact product work
- Product fluency. You understand how software is built end-to-end and how technical work connects to user outcomes and business goals
- Systems thinking. You consider how engineering decisions influence architecture, execution, team health, and customer experience
- Clarity creator. You help teams move forward in uncertainty by breaking down complexity and communicating clearly
- Builder’s mindset. You enjoy solving open-ended problems and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
