About the role
- Attend labor & public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed to spread awareness of Sword and build labor & public sector relationships.
- Autonomously drive deals from initial discovery stages to win/close.
- Work with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures.
- Find and cultivate new labor & public public sector leads, successfully converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Drive new business growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Thoroughly prepare for presentations and anticipate questions and objections.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of labor & public sector sales relationships and experience.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
- Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions, or disease management.
- Solid public speaking skills, easily speaking in front of groups and delivering presentations with confidence and authority.
- Startup or digital point solution experience is a plus.
