About the role

  • Develop a detailed campaign execution plan including timeline, target audience, KPIs, and budget allocation strategy
  • Set up, launch, and actively manage one sponsored Google Ads campaign in English
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimisations to maximise results
  • Analyse previous campaign data provided by the client to inform strategy and targeting decisions
  • Review creative materials supplied by the client and provide actionable recommendations for improvements
  • Attend a kick-off meeting, a mid-campaign check-in, and a wrap-up meeting (all via video conference)
  • Prepare and deliver campaign progress reports, a preliminary final report, and a comprehensive final report including lessons learned and next steps

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in paid digital advertising, ideally within a PR or digital marketing agency environment
  • Proven track record running sponsored campaigns on Google Ads — demonstrable evidence required
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram sponsored campaigns is a plus
  • Proficiency with social/digital analytics tools and performance reporting
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete campaign optimisations
  • Strong organisational skills and experience managing client reporting and administrative deliverables
  • Excellent written English; the campaign and all reporting will be in English
  • Based in European Union- and eligible to work.
