Project Manager

• Lead team of Logistics Project Managers to plan and execute outbound global logistics function for HDNU and Aero projects
• Collaborate with Logistics Project Leader, LC Leader, and Logistics Project Managers to ensure optimization and execution of daily transportation, shipment planning and adhere of contract requirements

Senior Auditor – Digital Technology, Cybersecurity

Procurement

• Responsible for all supply chain management activities within his/her project for all the equipment and spare parts in his/her scope.
• Ensures a smooth hand-over of supply chain management related scope between tendering team and project execution team
• Contributes to the Sourcing Kick-off meeting process by providing BOP related sections to the PSM
• In close cooperation with PTSM in ITO Sourcing reviews project requirements and provides input to PSM for the Sourcing section of PES (Project Execution Strategy) and also updates the EPP (Engineering Procurement Plan) and BOP specific sections of the PPR (Project Procurement Requirements).
• Secures that procurement strategy is in line with commodity strategy and suppliers in EPP are target panel supplier with minimal deviations
• Verifies budget with Project Finance Manager and resolves budget allocation discrepancies
• Comments on baseline project schedule and works closely with project scheduler throughout the project to optimize procurement schedule
• Understands the commercial part of the EPC contract and issues the project related purchasing conditions (PRPC)
• Ensures that suppliers meet all contractual requirements related to documentation including shipping documents, end of manufacturing reports, certificates
• Ensures that supplier quality / expediting has established the supplier monitoring-concept
• Responsible for ERP rollout and necessary vendor extensions for the legal entity which will be used for PO issuance based on contractual legal chart
