Key responsibilities & impact

Drive operational and financial performance across Supply Chain and Project Execution
Lead manufacturing finance activities for the site/region, including planning, forecasting, pacing, and closing processes
Own P&L and balance sheet responsibilities
Support execution of financial and operational strategies that improve business performance
Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively, influencing stakeholders
Advise management on functional and business matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Finance degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a relevant job family/function
Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in Finance and Manufacturing Operations
Strong preference for candidates to work in the ND plant / willingness to re-locate to ND
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience leading programs or projects
Established project management skills
