About the role
- Responsible for activities related to the construction, building, and commissioning on customer site
- Management of entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase
- Lead site team and manage execution of project scope of work
- Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and cost regarding contractual obligations
- Develop specialized knowledge in discipline
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development
- Use technical expertise for data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in Substation construction, site installation, and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design
- Site Safety experience, OSHA knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
