Responsible for activities related to the construction, building, and commissioning on customer site
Management of entire scope of site activities during ITO and/or OTR phase
Lead site team and manage execution of project scope of work
Ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and cost regarding contractual obligations
Develop specialized knowledge in discipline
Contribute towards strategy and policy development
Use technical expertise for data analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in Substation construction, site installation, and commissioning with deep understanding of electrical design
Site Safety experience, OSHA knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
