About the role
- Oversees governance, planning, prioritization, and execution of automation tool programs.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives and manage tool roadmaps.
- Monitors software usage, calculates ROI, and informs of lifecycle strategies for automation tools.
- Maintains and develops KPIs to track performance against customer expectations and business objectives.
- Facilitates effective communication, training, and documentation to ensure user adoption and awareness.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with related tool owners, IT, engineering teams, and others globally.
- Applies OpenNX, C#, VB, or other coding language know-how to innovate, build, and enhance solutions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Engineering Tools, preferably in a Technical Leader or equivalent Senior Engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, in engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience that embodies the GE Vernova Way.

- Considers over-arching business asks with internal and external CUSTOMER FOCUS in view.
