- Lead and oversee the recruitment process ensuring the hiring of top talent
- Work closely with HR business partners and hiring managers
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness
Requirements
- At least significant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience leading or mentoring teams of recruiters
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies in Germany and Central Europe
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
- Fluency in German is required together with a good working level of English
- Experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics
