About the role

  • Lead and oversee the recruitment process ensuring the hiring of top talent

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies in Germany and Central Europe
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
  • Fluency in German is required together with a good working level of English
  • Experience using recruitment metrics and data analytics
